Panasonic 100-300 I and II comparison @300

Don't know how helpful this image is and I realise it probably won't meet the high testing standards of this forum but did a test today on both the first version and the II version of the panasonic 100-300 lens on a G7. All handheld, electronic shutter. I focused on the D above the descriptions I added.
Can you see any differences? The old lens has been used for quite a few years and has been starting to fail with the af motor not working a lot of the time on turning on. It's been getting worse for the last year or so to the point that it is almost unusable in cooler conditions. So the new lens has been bought to replace. Now I don't use this lens very often as it is my partners I use the olympus 75-300 II on an OMD-10. The new lens is much nicer to handle. The old lens had a very stiff and notchy zoom and the manual focus was very stiff also. The new zoom mech is much smoother although can be less smooth for small changes. The manual focus is nice and smooth bit difficult to get used to as it moves a massive amount on a quick turn and hardly at all with small slow turns. In this respect the old lens was better.

The Fujifilm X-T5 is the company's latest classically-styled APS-C mirrorless camera. It gains the 40MP sensor and AF system from the X-H2 but in a body with a more stills-focused slant. We've been putting it through its paces.
We're Noct messing around with this review.
Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom impress in a lot of ways, but their noise reduction lags the competition and their lens corrections lack a real-world basis. DxO PureRAW 3 aims to come to their rescue without totally reinventing your workflow!
