Most of the variations that Roger mentioned that have to do with the camera do not exist on mirrrorless. Only a slanted sensor remains, I think. As AF is on-sensor for mirrorless so it cannot be offset.

Note that the AF spot used may well matter a lot, but there is little to adjust in that regard.

And adjusting the internals of a lens? It requires not only the capability to perform the actual work, but more importantly it requires the insight in "what aberration do I see and which combination of elements corrects it".

A modern lens is a combination of positive and negative elements. When used in the correct order and position they produce a nice result. Offset one by a little, and the result is rather different. To find which one to move is like solving an 8 term equation, but the terms of that equation definitely are not linear...
