Does the 5D4 have a crop factor for 1080p?

I have eyeing the 5d4 for a little bit now. Still using the 5d2 as my main shooter for photos and the a6300 for video and travel.

I'm curious if you get a full sensor read out with the 5d4 @ 1080p, or if it crops like it does with 4k.

If it does get a full sensor readout (similar to the a6300), I'm curious how the 1080p on the 5d4 compares in low light to the a6300 @ 4k.

****EDIT****

Just saw a post stating the 1080p is not cropped. Unfortunatly this post is over 5min old, so I cannot delete it. So with that being said, is there a good comparison of the 5DMark4 @ 1080p vs other cameras @ 1080p/4k in low light. I'm wondering how it performs.

Thanks!
