Re: Canon t6

In my opinion the in-camera sensor cleaning is a big deal. If you don't want it, then plan on buying a kit to clean the sensor yourself repeatedly (when you get some dust bunnies) or plan to take it to a camera shop (or someone who knows how to do it) where they will do it for you (usually at a cost). I rarely change lenses (almost never). I like the self cleaning that the camera does. It's my understanding that not changing lenses or infrequently changing lenses will reduce the dust, but it won't eliminate it entirely. That's what I have read.

Many years ago once I got some dust bunnies on my old Kodak P&S camera. The lens is fixed with the camera (not interchangeable like a DSLR camera). But dust got in there anyway. I was lucky that weeks later, the dust didn't show up any more because otherwise the camera for me was unusable in that condition.

The newer Rebel cameras will do fine for soccer if that is what you like to photograph. Just make sure you have enough shutter speed to freeze the action. Here's one sample taken under cloudy conditions.
