Suggestions on gear

Have downloaded and study your posted samples, although EM1 undoubtedly is a great camera, and RX100 is also a capable one, you might still able to capture much better images as long as you can master them and show their max strength. A better camera would just make our life easier but never guarantee to produce a technically correct picture, not to mentioned could it be an art or not. I trust if you can stick on to 1 or 2 of your nice collections, even the GM, with the right technique you might see potential to grow.

IMHO EM1 as your main camera, GM be your backup/compact setup. Buy yourself a 12-32, together with the few small prime you would have a reasonably cover and of the features/size for most shooting. It is always a compromise that we have to decide or Full Frame would be the only choice...

P.S. images on RX100 were underexposed and OOF IMHO. Like the sitting man holding the camera, shutter speed didn't need to be fast (1/500") for his relatively still posting, might better to shoot at A for better control of exposure and place focus on his face/body (he is obviously the only aimed subject of that image). The cycling man again is underexposed (unless you were aimed at the sky) and it looks its AF system can't catch up with the motion. BTW, upon 100% pixel peeping, style of image formation of RX100 looks to be some distance from M43 specially of the under exposure and not ideal lighting condition at that time (a limitation of smaller sensor?).
