High res mode - now usable for moving water? OM-D E-M5 MkII vs E-M1 MkII

Re: No review I have seen does it justice. Dpreview is the worst I have seen.

Here's an example I made using the OM-D E-M5 MkII combining a high res mode image with a standard shot . The ripples on the water were pretty poor in the high res shot, but it was easy to open as layers in lightroom, auto-align, then paint in a mask to recover the movement in the water.

It should just be even easier with the new system (in most cases).
