I would say the G16 with the smaller sensor size and lens combination however that was back in 2013! The G series have moved on to larger sensors since then with the current 2017 G9X mark II and the 2016 G7X mark II. However these are small in the hand a bit like the old S series. The larger G5X in the hand from 2015 is a good bet for size, but this is down to your personal preference! 😎

According to DPR, the G7X and G5X do in fact go to 100mm! See link above!
