Unless you only like taking scenes, I would go for the 12-40.  The better isolation and semi macro allows you to pick out details.  Then you can add the 40-150 and TC14.  Much bigger range than the 12-100 and more overall flexibility.

For some things a 300 prime is fine, but there is a big gap between 100mm and 300mm.

Of course the 12-100mm may do everything you need.
