M5: Can't access Multi-Shot Noise Reduction

New here, and new to the M-series but very experienced with multiple Canon cameras. My (current) main camera is 5D3. I just received my EOS M5 and going through all the options. (I'm the type that will read the entire manual and fine print and go through all options on the camera.)

In going through those options, I'm trying to access the option in the title. I've gone into the red/shoot menu #6, selected "High ISO Speed NR", and have 4 of the 5 options enabled: off, low, standard, and high. The 5th option is described in the manual as "multi-shot noise reduction". I found a website where someone did a parallel comparison of shooting in Av at each ISO and shooting with this option enabled for each ISO. (The results were good.) I've tried each of the modes to see if maybe that option is available in some modes but not others. But I can't find a combination that allows me to access that feature.

So all that to ask this:

How do I access the multi-shot noise reduction option?

ANSWER:
This question has not been answered yet.
Canon EOS M5
