Try both *with* the 12-100 mounted. It balances better on the larger body and I suspect you will feel the need for a grip on the E-M5ii which negates the lighter weight advantage. E-M1 mk1 would be good value but does not have the high-res feature. Also if you do buy the 300 f/4 for wildlife you will appreciate the focussing advantages, frame rate and improved electronic shutter of the E-M1 MKii.

that is what I was thinking about the em5 no grip, impossible to grab properly without adding a grip to it
