Pentax k-50 and Metz Mecablitz 52

Hello Everybody.

I'm experiencing a malfunction shooting with the couple in subject.

Some as one picture of ten but up to one to three are "dark": I mean  that they are so underexposed that the image can be seen with difficulty.

I tested either with random interval shots that in burst mode. It seems that a burst of ten shots with a 3 seconds interval has the maximum of underexposed images. A burst of ten with an interval of 10 seconds displays a unsuccessful of one (of ten) and one or two images overexposed (1-2 EV). But it even happens that shooting with long time intevals the resulting images are sometimes very underexposed.

Any advice? Thanks!

Lens: Pentax 16-45 shot 16mm and spot exposition

Camera k-50: bought new, currently with about 3000 actuations and SW:1.0

Flash: bought new about one year ago and SW 1.1
