K-S2, its one second display, and the 18-135

One second display okay?!?!?!

I woke in the middle of the night with the idea that somehow the 18-135 lens being older had corrosion on its leads that in some way interfered with just the one second delay and not with the saved raw file.  So when the sun came out I rushed into the back yard with the 16-85 lens.  Shot a few photos and the one-second delay was fine.  Ah ha I thought, my midnight theory was right.  But then to be sure, I shot a few photos with the 18-135 and . . . they were fine as well.  So much for my theory, and in thinking it over after a cup of coffee it doesn't make sense.

And so the one second delay was dark on a dark day probably because I was messing with the modes and . . . it was a dark day.  Can't think of anything else, and I'm going to try to quit worrying about it.
