Exciting Pana announcements, especially for video people.

Let me address your points.

- low light -4 eV autofocus?                                                                                                           -Many cameras claims this, and few deliver.  that being said I use manual focus in video so it's kind of a moot point for me.

- Add on equipment for mik;s etc?                                                                                              -the nx1 has one of the best quality internal preamps.  I use a rode wireless lav plugged directly into the nx1 with excellent results.

The only thing NX1 has left is a 28 MP APS-c sensor. Virtually everything else is inferior to GH5. At least on paper.                                                                                                             -Excatly, on paper.  and unless the real world image quality is vastly superior to the nx1, than the extra paper specs mean nothing.

What it means for you or anyone else only you can tell. But the specs of the GH5 are clear which is why it gets so much attention everywhere.                                                     -it's very clear why it's an awesome camera.  If I didnt already own the nx1 and I was in the market it would be looking pretty.  I'm just saying its not worlds better than what I already have.
