Which 150mm for Tuscany landscape?

I'll be joining a workshop for Tuscany landscape photography later this month, and while I have the primes for the small town street photography part covered, the instructor has suggested 150mm equiv. focal length or above for landscape.

Shooting landscape with tele is foreign to me (is it usual for everyone?) nevertheless which lens do you guys suggest, 18-135mm, 50-140mm, 100-400mm or any other? This will be used with X-T2.

Any suggestion or comments welcome, thank you!
