Scanning film with Olympus high resolution mode anyone ?

Anybody using the high resolution mode to scan film ? I have the Pen F which has this mode and I just broke my Epson V600 scanner. So I am thinking about trying this before buying another scanner. I hear good things about this method of scanning film with digital cameras. The High Resolution mode might make a very good scan i hope. Mostly I scan 120 film from the Hasselblad which of course is a square 6x6 format. Sometimes 4x5 and 35mm. Anyway I was just looking for some input if anyone has any experience with this. Mostly wondering how that high resolution mode works out. What kind of light source woks best. Should I buy some anti newton ring glass etc.
