The manuals can still be downloaded online. It explains every feature in detail (including the pano low resolution) I suggest reading it thoroughly so you'll know exactly what each feature does.
Could you point me to page number where this is mentioned?
It's an excellent camera, and just like any camera on the market there are features that if used improperly will pride results you may not like. Ignorance of what the options are is no reason to call the camera poor.
What is improper in using P mode and what is proper in changing mode from RAW to JPEG in P mode?
Come on!
For the same money you bought the NX3000 you could buy a NX300 which is a far superior camera in mostly every way. Perfect touch screen, one of the best previous generations AF, one od the most beautiful designs ever (much better than any other camera I have ever owned, except AE-1 ofcourse!), the built quality seem quite a bit better than my NX500, and many many more.
The most annoying thing about NX3000 for me is the lack of sensor cleaning, and the lack of 50/60 frames in video mode. They should have those for sure.
If you check the new m4/3 and Fuji entry level cameras (16mgpxls for both options) then you would be happy with the 20mgpxl NX!
It is my every day camera, didn't even bother with my NX500/NX1 these holidays, the 3000 was always on my jacket'spocket, either with the 16-50pz or the 30mm, ok, I missed some photos because the AF, the face AF was good for most family pictures anyway.
Thanks but that's not a point, in fact NX300 also seems to be suffering from same weird flaws which I mentioned.
