Canon has removed the shutter count functionality from the remote control interface in cameras released since 2015 (source via ShutterCount), so as far as I know, there aren't any programs that are able to view it. You can't view it through the camera, and I don't think Magic Lantern is compatible with the T6i.

Yes agreed - the closest you will get is from the file number - as long as it hasn't been reset.
