The Bubble Nebula in Ha and OIII
4

Here is my first official image post. This is our most recent image of The Bubble Nebula, taken under the Charlotte, NC skies using an Atik 428Mono CCD, Astrodon Ha and OIII filters, and WO Star 71 refractor telescope. It is a composition of 10 minute exposure subs for a total of 3 hrs 5nm Ha + 2 hrs 3nm OIII. It is HOO combined in PI by my friend Chris, who is introducing me into the wonderful hobby of astrophotography. Chris, thank you for your help post processing the images, and thank you for letting me borrow your equipment. I have a lot to learn, but I hope to contribute more images to this forum in the future.
