Panasonic G85/GX85 long exposure quality?

The G85 / GX85 have 16MP Panasonic sensors and the maximum long exposure in bulb mode is limited to 2 minutes. This is similar to the GX7. Also, the E-M1 had a 16MP Panasonic sensor.

As far as I know, the old Panasonic 16MP sensor has a problem with high noise during long exposures, so that if you didn't use long exposure noise reduction (dark frame subtraction), the results are really bad. I believe the E-M1 suffered from this (e.g. https://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/56849057). The E-M5 II is much better at long exposures - even with the noise reduction off.

Does the G85/GX85 fix this issue? I've been doing a lot of long exposures and I don't always have the time or patience to run the dark frame noise reduction (it makes taking each picture twice as long).

The tests I've seen tested at ISO 200. Does high-ISO make the Panasonic long exposure noise worse?
