Canon EOS M10 will be better with EF-M 55-200mm or EF-S 55-250mm?

Dear all,

Kindly need your help, as I mentioned my question above, I have EOS M10 with kit lens 15-45mm and want to add some telephoto lens. I've read some review, specially from Dustin Abbott and give me a result that I should choose EF-M 55-200mm instead EF-S 55-250mm. I have an EOS M adapter to EF-S lens.

Few points which make me confused till today:

1. AF Performance

2. Image Quality (though some review told EF-M has better result on 200mm, but overall still EF-S win the race)

My purpose not to shoot action, and no problem to carry a bigger lens (for EF-S 55-250mm).

Thanks in advance!
