No experience with the E-PL6 but I would definitely use 1/8 sec anti-shock with any Olympus camera that does not offer 0-sec anti-shock, and I would leave IBIS on. The E-PL6 may not have an advanced IBIS like newer or higher end cameras but every bit of IBIS helps, especially in combination with the anti-shock.
