UHS-II & the E-M1 MkII - which card?

Since there have been a number of reports of problems with UHS-II cards in the new camera, I thought I'd try to gather a list of the cards reported to work or not work. There were many reports of problems or successes where there wasn't enough info to be able to identify the card, so the list is fairly short.
