Flash exposure compensation

Historically on Olympus cameras, I set the flash mode to forced fill-in (lightning bolt) and +0.3 for flash exposure compensation (FEC), because in that mode Olympus seems to under-expose so that in post processing, you can lift the shadows.  Since I tend to do minimal post processing, I prefer if the picture were more evenly exposed.

In doing test shots with the G85, I feel that 0 is the right mode for FEC on the Panasonic body compared to +0.3 for Olympus.
