Buy 10-24 over Zeiss 12mm that I own already?

I have the Zeiss 12 2.8, bought used around the time I bought the X-T2.  And have since been accumulating lenses.  Fujiholicism is a thing.

I now have Zoom wise, 18-55, 16-55, 55-200 and 50-140.   The 18-55 and 55-200 were Plan A, and Black Friday enabled Plan B of the 2.8 lenses.  So I'll keep the 16-55 and 50-140.  The other 2 will probably go, as I've got the following primes for when I want to travel lighter/more specifically:

Primes, I've bought 12mm, 16mm 1.4, 23mm 1.4, 56mm 1.2 and 90mm 2.

On BF, I ordered the 10-24, but am now edging back on that decision.   When overlap is disregarded, it's only really serving 10-15mm.   And the Zeiss will probably do 12mm better than the 10-24.   My decision is do I keep the 12mm Zeiss, or sell the Zeiss and buy the 10-24?   The 10-24 would cost me a little extra given the used value of the Zeiss.

I'm leaning to keeping the Zeiss, and not bothering with the 10-24.  My ultrawide needs are typically for landscape/architecture and occasionally travel.  But the double cashback in the UK makes the 10-24 a sweet deal.  Thoughts?
