It was between the 50D and the 60D, I remember the many complaints about the 60D (most vocally from Karl Gnther Wnsch) here...

In any case, the adjustment isn't huge: I go between a 7D (original), 6D (same interface as the 60D), and an SLI (different than either of the other two) all the time. What makes the transition easier is having the menu available on the LCD touch screen.

I found the inverted location of ISO dial and delayed exposure a hassle when I used an EOS 20D and EOS 40D side by side - would often end up dialing in delayed exposure when I wanted to change the ISO...
