Lens for daughter's gymnastics

Hi,

I'm just an amatuer/mom and I don't have much equipment.  Camera body is a Nikon D80 (will upgrade soon just can't yet.)  My daughter recently joined the world of competitive gymnastics and the last couple events we have had, I just can't get any good shots.  The lighting is bad and we aren't allowed on the floor as parents.  Her gym has huge window which makes for a bad backlighting situation too and no flash allowed.

my lens collection is:

Nikon DX 18-55 VR,   Nikon DX 18-200 VR, Nikon 35mm f/2, Nikon DX 12-24, and Tamron 90mm F/2.8 Macro.

I haven't tried the Tamron at the gym yet but non of my other lenses are cutting it.  Even with a high ISO, I either can't zoom far enough or the shots are blurry.  I'm going to bring my monopod next time but

I just want to get some good shots of my daughter and with Christmas coming up I thought I could ask the hubby for a new lens, although budget may only be around $500 or so.  Any suggestions?
