Ah, that's annoying, I've got used to the Oly way of doing it with the front dial for exposure compensation. Can it be customised?

Think of it the other way around: Olympus is starting to do it the right way. Have you seen the PEN-F?

I made a point of changing my E-M5II to rear dial. But that's why we have choices; for those who want to do things the wrong way.
