How about this one? In terms of setting up your function buttons: On the most recent Panny cameras (I tried it on GX85 & G85) you can just hold down the Fn button to re-assign the function. No need to go through the menu's to customise the Fn buttons.

So a short press will activate the function that is set, but a long press will enable you to change it to something else. Awesome idea.

This is something that also happens with the relatively recent Fuji models, and Olympus (again, the reasonably recent ones) has something somewhat analogous with the Fn button "reminder" section at the bottom right corner of the SCP. Cycle through to see what's where, but tap or OK on a setting and you're instantly in the setting screen to alter that button to something else.

Funnily enough, with the Panasonic system, I coincidentally discovered the long press Fn button functionality, purely by accident, about 6 hours before I read the above post!

Yeah, I discovered this when I was investigating F11 (the button in the middle of the rear dial).  I wasn't sure if it was a toggle, or if you needed to hold it down to allow the two dials to control WB/ISO or primary function (and now exposure compensation).
