Many many thanks to all of you for the very nice words, thanks, really
@Vitée
I did not add captions for several reasons: (1) I’m quite lazy, I need to find (I also lack organisation) my maps and my diaries to at least attempt to remember the locations; (2) it does seem to me that it is possible to visually enjoy or not enjoy a sequence of images even without knowing the location, especially when photos are not intended to document an event or a place; (3) there is a lot of information in Internet, one can have a quite precise idea of a place before going; recently, there is a tendency to group near “iconic” places; this summer, quite close to my home, we had problems because 2000 (yes, two thousands) persons *per day* visited a small glacial lake in the dolomites that became “famous” on the social networks; the “tre cime di lavaredo" are now crowded by photographers (and their cars) the whole year long (I still remember my shock, 10 years ago, when reaching the delicate arch at 4p.m. I discovered at least 50 photographers “fighting” for the best position to shot the sunset); I know this forum is not a social network and my gallery is surely not seen by a lot of persons… but… I don’t know… sorry… I’m not good to express the concept very well, I’m quite sympathetic with this post of Guy Tal, sorry…

@FDecker
It is interesting to elaborate a set of images taken with different cameras at different times but in similar places, one can better understand the peculiarities of each single camera. My conclusion: I think I like the natural rendering of the dp2 more than the micro-contrasted one of the dp2m.
@Scottely
Special thanks for taking the time to give me your feedbacks, very appreciated, they help me to understand which images “work” better. I don’t want to make a book, but I know that we are overloaded by images and a series may quickly become boring. I know that in this gallery there are some duplications, some photos are here because of their role in smoothing transitions from an image to another one. Sometimes I cannot decide what to discard. Thanks again for your time and energy.
