Some interesting points:

Regarding DPAF, the phase detectors seem to be in a horizontal way. It has difficulty with horizontal pattern. So M5's AF cannot be better than cross PDAF.

The size of AF points are smaller than that of M3. About 1/4 of that of M3.

Touch/drag AF is wonderful. (I think this feature is one of the best functions in M5.)

A beautiful LCD with touch operation.

Shot-to-shot delay is similar to that of DSLR.

Some lag right after pushing review button.

In low light situation, M5's AF is worse than that of 80D, and far worse than 5D mk4.

With old lenses such as 85/1.8, the noise of aperture blades can be heard. The move leads to shutter lag a little bit.

In conclusion, M5 might not drive other brand users to move to M5, but it is a wonderful camera for Canon EF users as their second camera. If one considers not specs, but real experience, M5 is certainly a very attractive camera.

Canon Korea will begin to sale M5 with free adapter on 11/15.
