Re: software question

Do you know of any software that let's you take a photograph of a building, key in several dimensions, and then the software will automatically or semi-automatically plug in other dimensions?

We need to know things like how high are eves off the ground, how wide is a driveway, what's the width of the various windows, and so on.

Right now we just make 100 - 200 measurements using a rolling wheel and a laser measuring device, and a 50 foot tape.

Hi! Sorry for the delay in my answer. Unfortunately I don't use those type of software in my workflow; however, I've found the following: http://smartpicture3d.com/  and https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/easymeasure-measure-your-camera!/id349530105?mt=8  (for iphone). I hope they'll help you!
