A1 query

Hi all a question for the Minolta crew. Is the A1 just a 7Hi with antishake and a faster AF or does it have a better lens and CCD? Will the image quality be better than the 7Hi? Will it have less noise?

Hi Steve,

new CCD, noise reduction algorithms have been added, lens is the same, new EVF, revised control layout, more durable construction, imporved image processing algorithms and on and on

Really?

IM(NV)HO the lens barrel is the weak spot on the D7 family.

Guess which bit they seem to have retained in the A1 .......
