Do you have manual focus or AF lenses for your 645?  If you have AF lenses, you won't be able to adjust the aperture on them, as they don't have an aperture ring.  If you have a manual Mamiya lens, you'll be able to use them via an adapter, but you'll have to set your lens to "M", rather than A in order to control the aperture manually.
