I'm in the beginning of my career, and even 1000 dollars is too much for me. Furthermore, the renderings made in 3ds Max (and other modelling packages, I suppose) don't deal well with corrected images. What I usually do is to composite the model in the uncorrected photo, and then correct all of the work in photoshop.
