I'm not seeing any issue with my gh4 footage. I shoot 24p in C4K indoors and 30p UHD outdoors.

But I do watch my footage on a 48Hz capable TV. I use Kodi software as a media center and it is set-up to always switch the TV to the frequency matching the framerate. So when I play 24p clips, the Tv automatically switches to 48Hz. I see no judder whatsoever.

I'm not a ,,pro,, but I'm very sensitive to framerate-frequency issues. Watching 24p hollywood movies on my old 60Hz pc monitor really hurts my eyes and I see judder. I'm sure what you're seeing is a display issue.
