Hi Folks,

Its more than 3 years we are using our 700D w/o any sensor cleaning.

Well, every time you switch the camera on or off it does some sensor cleaning, so not without ANY cleaning.

I would like to hear any tips and suggestions before I would do that.

Do it only if you need to. That is when you see clear dark spots on the same spot of every photo you make, whatever lens you use. If not, the problem lies elsewhere.

If you do want to clean the sensor, read pages 223 through 225 of the manual (link) before reading the step by step starting at page 226.

Note that I am from Armenia and really not sure if I can find any authorized services here, who would do that instead.
Also a Question regarding mirror cleaning.
I have cleared mirror 2 times with a rocket blower , then with a cotton using glass cleaning liquid.

I'd prefer blowing with a hand driven dust blower (is bellows the right word?) and a very soft brush to loosen it above all cleaning fluids (!!) .... if possible. [in other words: don't use cleaning fluids unless necessary]

Use gravity to let the dust fall out of the camera.

all dust visible in the viewfinder is not on the sensor but on the focusing glass (which is plastic by the way, so be careful how you clean that)

But both times I cleaned only one side of the mirror, coould that be the issue when I am having bad blur (nisen bokeh) on 600 mm zooms ?

No, absolutely not.

All in my humble opinion of course!
If I seem to talk nonsense or you can't understand me, it's probably my English
