A big surprise - don't underestimate the M10

Hey gang...hope all is well in your worlds!
I just wanted to advance a few comments about the M10. I have the M1, M2, and M3 (enjoy 'em all), and when I saw a great deal for the M10 kit on eBay (yes, with US warranty) for only $379 (or something like that) around 6 months or so ago, I pounced - figuring it would be great for "da Misses."
Well, she's been using it and has been telling me what a joy it is to use that camera (she used to be solely a Samsung S5 fanatic, using it to photograph anything and everything).
So she got my curiosity up and I've borrowed it from her on several occasions now. And I've got to tell you folks that it's a delight to use. All your options are still there (in the menu of course) and that 15-45 lens although all plastic can net absolutely delightful (sharp results). I also am enjoying the metering accuracy of the M10 in most situations (Let's face it there are some scenarios often causing some meters to stop down too much thus resulting in underexposure). Colors are rich and camera appears to be quite fast for the genre (entry level) camera it is.
Below are a few quick samples taken by my wife at a Hispanic festival (Fiesta Del Pueblo) held in Raleigh, NC every year. Now keep in mind that it was a dark overcast day - the kind of environment where the light gray skies often fool meters into stopping down too much and thus resulting in underexposure - but not with the M10, as it balanced things out perfectly. Of course, all of our monitors are different. Mine is a calibrated NEC unit with 100% Adobe 1998 RGB accuracy). So various monitors may differ.
Nothing artistic or earth shaking with these images, but I've got to close my comments by saying that I shoot with many, many different brand cameras. But I've really been impressed with this M10 (glad I got it for my wife....he,he,he). Just click on the "original image" notation under each file to see a larger (1600 x 1200) version.
