Lumix G7 horizontal level is mis-aligned

Hi folk, I've read that this is an issue with the GX7 and some TZ models, but can't find anyone who has this problem on the Lumix G7 – is there anyone out there with this problem: the horizontal level guide is clearly off by a few (perhaps 5) degrees. When I place the camera flat on a levelled table with the horizontal level guide visual active on the lcd/viewfinder, the line is lower on the left and higher on the right, and the line is yellow (please see attached photo). It should obviously show a green line and zero degrees flat. It's been like this since I bought the camera, and hoped that it was just a temporary glitch that Panasonic would catch and fix on a firmware update. Unfortunately, I've been waiting a long time for that fix.

Has anyone had this problem with the G7, or any other model whereby a solution was found?

Thanks in advance for any comments or suggestions. Cheers!
