Canon T6i for Wildlife Photography

I am considering purchasing a Canon T6i to use for Wildlife photography with either the 70-200 F4 IS or the 100-400 IS. I was wondering if the autofocus is adequate to focus these lenses on deer and birds.  Also, is the lack of micro focus on the T6i a good reason not to buy the camera? Would I be better advised to purchase  the Canon model 80D at the higher price?
