The Bird is somewhat flat, but fuses without too much eyestrain. There appears to be some color disparity between the views (particularly the sky) which induces some (weak) retinal rivalry.

The monocular cues (the OOF background) are strong with this one...the bird still appears somewhat "flat", not rounded/sculptured as a bird should appear, i proper stereo, but I admit there appears to be some depth components working.

One observation, the watermark on your images tends to interfere with viewing...perhaps eliminate it? Certainly that alone provides a depth cue as (when fused) it is in a different plane than other elements.
