With good lighting, correct WB and exposure, and lower ISO's generally not too much gained with RAW.

However (especially with smaller sensors) as ISO increases and lighting quality decreases, the benefits of RAW's noise reduction and shadows/ highlights recovery increases; as noted in my post HERE.

Thing to remember about JPG images is how they're process; i.e., JPG processing only keeps the image data it determines to keeps, then compresses the kept data and save as 8-bit image file. Hence why when you shoot a JPG+RAW image the RAW file much larger file size.

When editing JPG images you're limited to only modifying the compressed, 8-bit image data saved by the JPG process; i.e., you cannot change a well done steak back to a raw steak.

With RAW file you have all the sensor image data at sensor's full bit depth.

All comes down to each his/her personal preferences.
