Re: XT-2 from Nikon - what learning curve?

Finally, a mirrorless camera is being released that appears to meet my needs. Light, fast fps and equally fast AF and in the style of a DSLR. The XT-2 has hit my hot button and I am keen to try it out. I would have preferred Full Frame, but APS-C is fine.
I would keep my Nikon D750 but sell my Nikon D610 and buy the XT-2 (with 2 of the holy trinity Crop sensor equivalent lenses - 16-55 2.8 (24-70/84), 50-140 2.8 (70-200 )
My question is, what learning curve would I have to go through, coming from a Nikon FF, to a Fuji XT-2 (and the whole Fuji system). I am looking for real life experiences, not just fanboy speak of "Fuji is easy"
I do dog and equine sport/dog and horse portrait photography mainly, with a few weddings now and again (all paid)
Many thanks in advance.
Well, this morning, I have just played with the new Fuji XT-2 at a Fuji demo day in-store and, as a result of being very impressed, traded in my D610 plus 24-70 lens (still keeping the D750 + 70-200) for it. To be delivered Sept 8th. Mirrorless is probably the future anyway, so might as well start with what may probably be the best APS-C Mirrorless out there whilst keeping my workhorse D750 + 70-200 2.8. At 11fps with the grip, I may even buy the 70-200 equivalent when I am comfortable with the camera.
The only thing I didnt like was the ISO dial on the left. ISO changing is key to my photography and I just use my right thumb on the Nikon. On the Fuji, I have to take my hand away from cupping the lens and turn the dial - thereby unbalancing everything when viewing thru the EVF. (Auto ISO is an option but I prefer a bit more control) Still, I am sure its just a learning curve ....
Treading carefully with the XT-2 + 18-55...
