My conundrum is, I'm uncomfortable with the Moto purchase by Lenovo, but I have to admit My Lenovo tablets, and now my new Lenovo Desktop, are first rate.
I'm not happy with the direction Samsung is going and my old Droid Bionic was the best phone I've ever owned. I had REAL affection for that thing that my Galaxy phones do not generate, so I was thinking of going back to either Moto proper, or Moto/Droid but my prejudices have kept me from committing!
Moto users, have you noticed any (negative) drift from the usual Moto practices and build quality?
I love my Droid Turbo. I got the model with the ballistic finish and it is really a well built device. The textured finish is easy to grip. I took it out of its case a few months ago and have not had an issue. I have been a Droid user for quite some time, but found the Turbo much better than my previous models in terms of photographic quality. The 21 mp sensor provides plenty of detail. It is not very good in contrasty lighting such as indoor concerts with stage lighting. I usually stick to scenes with even lighting. It does well outdoors in full daylight to cloudy conditions. It is, of course, quite handy to upload shots directly to Flickr, Facebook, and Instagram with a variety of editing options. I just took a few shots and subjected them to full out computer processing. Here is one:

Lots of fun. One of the things I really like about my Droid is the sheer fun it is to operate. Shooting with a dslr is typically serious business so it is nice to just enjoy photography with the sturdy, responsive phone. A nice change of pace.
