My PL100-400 does not like shutter shock

I have an EM-1.  From what I see here with his charts, the only way to get really good results is to use the "E" shutter with the M-1.  That's fine if you have a still subject.  Moving subject...not so fine.  Apparently the M5/MII does a better job but I'm not willing to buy that camera.  I am waiting for the M1/MKII.  Maybe then.

I plan to use the lens for birds among other things, and I don't think the "E" shutter is very good for BIFs.

I think I'll just get by with my 75~300 for now.
