Re: The X systems with Zooms are much lighter than it's FX equvilent
Ok I went out to check the Fuji cameras again. This time I avoided dedicated camera shop as the salesperson is always there and I feel stressed knowing that I am not going to buy it there. Plus they have to get each camera out from the display case and more customers waiting to test cameras etc etc.
So I managed to locate Fuji cameras in an electronic chain where they have tons of cameras on display connected with that alarm wire thing. I spent good 30mins playing with them (wife reached her limit after 30mins )
XT10, XT1 and 100XT is what they had there and SonyA6000 (the camera I sold at very good price). There was no A6300 there.
Last week at the camera shop I only spent 5mins with XT2/1 and Xpro2. I found them huge but today I found XT1 not huge, they also felt better in hand compared to last week. The A6000 felt like plastic. What a difference checking all cameras together makes.
XT1 and XT10 were painfully slow at AF but luckily I played with the dials and realized it was more to do with the settings as people come and turn all the dials for fun. I think I managed to put it on continuous and they fired quiet well. On one of the settings I did notice lot of blackout between shots in the EVF, it is something I never noticed on A6000 when I had it for a year.
I must say I prefer top corner EVF layout of XPro2 and A6000/6300. Not a deal breaker though.
My heart is heavily drawn towards Fuji now. Btw X100T what a beauty! If they had released X200 by now, I would have bought it on the spot

On the other hand I can pick A6300 body right now for $1200.
Assuming we're talking USD, then I think you can get an a6300 body for $1,000
