I bought for my wife a Kobo Glo HD e-reader working well just for 1 month, then the 2 Aug I get and did a big Microsoft update, after this I realize that when I plug the USB the Kobo e-reader doesn't synchronize anymore and the book that I bought after the update wasn't impossible upload in my Kobo.
Then when I plug Windows 10 asking of format before I use the e-reader, but the system refuse of format, the Kobo is visible in the Windows Disk Manager, and then when I plug the Kobo ask me if I have Wi-fi or not, and after say no the e-reader go in charge, and don't let me Setup with a Kobo desktop software.
Clearly is a drivers problem, I already informed Kobo of the problem and they open a ticket just yesterday 7 Aug. The only things is wait them or may be have a some help that here already fix a problem.
