Which should I keep - X-E2 : X-A2 or buy X-T10 ?

I would appreciate your views, advice and sensible comments on the following dilemma. Please note that I have recently retired, take photos for fun and plan to keep whatever I decide for a few years at least.
My usual equipment is Nikon based ( have D5500 and D3300 plus lenses etc ) and I don't at this point in time wish or need to sell it. However I have been impressed with Fujifilm quality, the camera and lens size and after a recent heart operation, the light kit weight. I find this beneficial as I get older. Who knows I may move over to Fuji and I have considered this possibility.
About a year ago I had a bought a reconditioned Fujifilm X-A1 with the original 16-50mm lens directly from Fujifilm . Didn't use it a lot but I liked it, so when I saw a highly discounted X-A2 (and Maroon finish which I always wanted ) with the later 16-50mm OIS 2 lens I immediately bought it. May shops in the UK don't seem to sell it so this may be the reason why.
Having done this I the planned to trade in the old X-A1 against a Fuji X-T-10 which has an additional £80 trade-in incentive until the end of August and just keep the two cameras.
However, in another store, the very next day, looking for just a TV, I saw a Fuji X-E2 +18-55mm, new at just 30% of original price in the bargain box. It was the last / only one so I bought it !!!. Cost wise everything was less than the lens alone.
My question is basically this....
I have the X-E2, X-A2 and an older X-A1 (which I will sell anyway). Do I trade one in for the X-T10 and if so which one should go. Or should I keep both, using the smaller and lighter X-A2 + plus a 27mm as an always carry camera, keeping the X-E2 for more photographic events e.g. weddings etc.
OR should I sell the X-E2 body plus 16-55 and keep X-A2 as above plus a new X-T10 body for the important stuff ?
Incidentally I I have (now) the 18-55mm, 18mm, 50-230mm plus old / now 16-50mm. Planning to buy either 27mm or 35mm f2.
I would appreciate your views as the more I dither I know I will delay any decision.
Cheers Dennis
