Toploader Case For MFT Bodies Fitted With Large Zooms?

Yes, this is another "I've got a 100-400mm PL thread", but I'm wondering how people are carrying their MFT bodies when they have large zoom lenses attached.

I have a pair of LowePro Rezo toploader cases (TLZ 10 and 20) that I use with my G7 when I'm just taking a single attached lens and a spare battery out with me. Both are a nice snug, but not tight fit with a G7.

One of the things I like most about this type of case is that I can put the case strap around the head restraint on the rear seat of my car which keeps the camera secure while driving, but allows "grab and go" access when I stop to photograph something.

The only problem is that it appears that camera case manufacturers weren't expecting MFT bodies to have large zooms attached as any toploader case deep enough to accommodate the larger MFT zooms, the Oly 300mm F4 and adapted DSLR zooms are dimensioned for FF pro DSLR bodies.

Unless I buy the nearest fit available and pad it out with foam, I think I'm stuck using my TTP Hubba Hubba Hiney*.

* What were they smoking when they name this excellent bag?
