The greater DOF of m4/3's at a given aperture is often a very distinct advantage -- especially, for example when using flash for a large group photo. When a FF camera is set for adequate DOF in those situations, a higher ISO is needed for equivalent flash output -- since flashes don't care about sensor size.

In purely ambient settings the smaller FF aperture requires higher ISO's also to maintain the same shutter speed.

I'm not sure the OP understands these issues, based on his profile.
