General question on aerial photos with nx300

Hello guys

I would like to take some aerial photography with a quadcopter that is capable of carrying a compact system camera or light Dslr (the quadcopter is a DJI f550).

I very much would like to stick with the DJI transmitter (which is on 2.4Ghz) so using a 2.4Ghz wifi link seems to be out of the question. My nx300 does however have dual band wifi but on mobile link you can only use automatic mode so it will be pretty useless with the fast shutter speeds needed up there..

Does anyone have any ideas of work around?

So far I have considered

  • 3rd party interval shutter timer.
  • A video on high shutter speed then using snapshots? I am not sure of the best settings for this option.
